It’s taken me a while to gather my thoughts on Danielle & Jamie’s stunning Noosa wedding. Words can’t really describe the atmosphere, with it’s picture perfect post card weather, delightful styling & incredible food at Sails restaurant. And that’s not even mentioning the gorgeous bride & groom!! Danielle has truly thought of everything, her attention to small details creating an effortless & classic aesthetic, yet remaining a relaxed afternoon for her guests.
With family and friends from all over the globe it wasn’t a small gathering yet the ceremony had such a wonderfully intimate feel. Family & friends gave some of the most heartfelt readings, and I may be a little bias here but seeing my own mother, Denise Poole in action as a wedding celebrant nearly brought tears to my eyes! There’s nothing sweeter than seeing those who truly believe in love, marrying two people who couldn’t be more in love.
Danielle looked sensational in her stunning Collette Dinnigan  gown, she made elegant look so effortless.  The bridesmaids’ wore a mix of Alannah Hill & Carla Zampatti dresses in the prettiest pastel shades that were complimented by the ocean waves & incredible dusky sunset light. It was pure perfection!
It truly was an delightful wedding day!

This is Yvette & Andy, such a super cute, loved up couple whose wedding I will be capturing next year. It will be an awesome pleasure, especially after the great times we had during their engagement shoot!

Engagement portrait sessions are like a little fun, low-key way to prepare for ‘the big day’. And when I say ‘prepare’ there’s no pop quiz at the end, no right or wrong. It’s just a fun way to get used to being photographed (& have some sneaky snuggles with your future husband or wife – and there ain’t nothing better than that!)

My absolute favourite part of engagement sessions is seeing a couple so in love, just enjoying being in each others company. It makes me smile & my heart melt, all at once.

Yvette & Andy, you guys are a blast and I’m looking forward to the amazing wedding to come in 2014!
